Glyph Of Sacrifice (eng 5, 1 sec cast, 15 sec recharge) Glyph. For 15 seconds, your next spell may be cast instantly, but it takes an additional 30 seconds to recharge. (Attrib: none)

Meteor Shower (25 eng, 5 sec cast, 60 sec recharge) Spell. Create a Meteor Shower at target foe's location, For 9 seconds, foes adjacent to that location are struck for 91 fire damage and knocked down every 3 seconds. This Spell causes Exaustion. (Attrib: Fire Magic)

Fire Storm (10 eng, 2 sec cast, 30 sec recharge) Spell. Create a Fire Storm at target foe's location. For 10 seconds, foes adjacent to that location are struck for 29 fire damage each second. (Attrib: Fire Magic)

Bed Of Coals (10 eng, 1 sec cast, 30 sec recharge) Spell. Create a Bed of Coals at your location. For 10 seconds, foes standing still near this location are struck for 24 fire damage each second. Any foe knocked down on the Bed of Coals is set on fire for 6 seconds. (Attrib: Fire Magic)

Flame Djinn's Haste (10 eng, 3/4 sec cast, 10 sec recharge) Enchantment Spell. All adjacent foes are struck for 99 fire damage. For 17 seconds, you move 33% faster. (Attrib: Fire Magic)

Equipment:

Weapon: Any one handed martial weapon with a 20% enchanting and a "I have the power inscription (+ 5 energy).

Offhand: The unique Cyndr's Heart works well for this, but there is an eqivalent Flame Artifact that can be traded for 5 Jade Bracelets from Collector Jung Zeng outside of Maatu Keep (Factions). Stats eng +12 req 9 fire magic, eng +15, eng regen -1, health +30.

Armor: Max armor for this with a Shadow Arts headpiece.

Runes and Insignias: Radiant insignias on everything, Superior Shadow Arts on head, highest affordable Vigor on feet, and Attunment on remaning three.
